Policies:

Tuition:
Payment for all classes is required in advance. Tuition is non-refundable except in the case of serious illness or injury. Requests for medical credit must be accompanied by a note from a physician. All dropped classes may be given an account credit. All refunds will be charged a $25 administration fee. We accept cash, check, or credit (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Enrollment:
Students should enroll at the beginning of the first term. Early enrollment is encouraged. Late enrollment is only accepted per discretion of the teacher through an evaluation process.

Absences/ Make-up Policy:
It is important to attend class on a weekly basis to allow the student to progress appropriately. Excessive absences can hinder promotion to higher levels at the end of the year. All absences known in advance must be reported to the office. All missed classes must be made up before the end of the term. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. Cancelled classes due to inclement weather will not be rescheduled; however, students can make-up the class before the end of the term.

Attire:

Ballet:
All dancers must have pink tights (convertible for levels 6-Adv.) and pink ballet shoes. For Ballet 1/2 or higher it is required that students have their hair in buns and wear a placement belt. Dance warm-ups and skirts may be worn per discretion of instructor.

Creative Movement:
Pink leotard and skirt (optional)

Ballet and Tap ages 4-6:
Pink leotard, skirt (optional), and black tap shoes

Ballet 1/2: Blue leotard

Ballet 3/4: Purple leotard

Ballet 5: Red leotard

Ballet 6: Black leotard

Int/Adv: Leotard color of your choice, option for black convertible tights.

Jazz:
Hair must be in a ponytail for all levels.

Beg. Tap/Jazz - Jazz 5:
Leotard, jazz pants or tan convertible tights with dance shorts, and black jazz shoes (slip-on jazz shoes are recommended for levels Beginning Tap/Jazz - Tap/Jazz II)

Jazz 6 - Adv Jazz:
Leotard, jazz pants or tan convertible tights with dance shorts, and tan jazz shoes

Tap:
All levels must have tight tank top, jazz pants, black tap shoes, and hair in ponytail.

Hip-Hop:
All classes can wear loose clothing. Street clothes and shorts not permitted.

HH ages 5-10 yrs:
Black jazz shoes

HH ages 10- Int.:
Black hip-hop sneakers

Int/Adv - Adv
Black and white converse for dance class only - Street shoes not permitted

Modern and Lyrical/ Contemporary:
All classes must have a leotard, jazz pants or convertible tan tights with dance shorts, beige dance paws, and hair in ponytail.
