Tuition

Payment for all classes is required in advance. Unless a payment arrangement has been made, Center Stage may charge a $25 late fee for tuition paid late. Tuition is non-refundable except in the case of serious illness or injury. Requests for medical credit must be accompanied by a note from a physician. Any classes dropped before the first day of class may be given a refund and charged a $25 administration fee. Classes dropped after the first day of class may be given an account credit. We accept cash, check, or credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks. In the event that tuition is not paid in full prior to the Dancers' Showcase, your costume and/or tickets may not be released. Tuition for private lessons must be paid via check or cash on the day of the lesson. Checks should be made out directly to the instructor.

Enrollment

Students should enroll at the beginning of the first term. Early enrollment is encouraged. Late enrollment is only accepted per discretion of the teacher through an evaluation process. If a class is closed for enrollment, you may be placed on a wait list in case a spot opens up.

Absences/ Make-up Policy

It is important to attend class on a weekly basis to allow the student to progress appropriately. Excessive absences can hinder promotion to higher levels at the end of the year. All absences known in advance must be reported to the office. All missed classes may be made up before the end of the term. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. Cancelled classes due to inclement weather will not be rescheduled; however, students can make-up the class before the end of the term.
